Ezzeldin YaqoubCut it anywhere because the nodes all over and not just at the leaves like other plants. So there is no specific place you have to cut for it to root. Also it is more commonly called polka dot begonia and the begonia group will provide better information for all things begonia

Water is a lot more successful and makes it root faster. Also make sure to get it used to soil by watering it a lot then slowly increase the gaps between watering until you get to normal watering frequency.
