   Might be root bound aswell check roots for rot also.

   Let it completely dry out between watering to avoid overwatering. Don’t strictly follow a watering schedule. Verify the soil is dry with a wooden or bamboo meat skewer. Definitely, check for root rot or over grown roots, as stated. Add lots of perlite to the soil if repotting. The soil looks like it’s holding too much water. It’s hard to tell from a photo.
