Awhile ago I trimmed back my dracaena. One side is growing well and the other is stunted. How do I get the little one to catch up?

I can't tell anything about this plant in the picture. You probably have to take a few more photos of it so we can see whats going on. Like a picture of the whole plant 😊

You’re right. I was half awake when I took this.

Thank you gor adding more pictures. So it could grow new leaves if its not mushy or it won't 😅😅. That happens alot. Just give it time and see if it will sprout new leaves on that side. Its a hit or miss so good luck.

Usually, if the stunt in leaves’ growth it needs a little more sunlight throughout the day ☺️

i've noticed that when i chop tall plants like this, like my monstera, there's usually one "main" bud that grows the quickest and produces leaves most similar in size and shape to the original stem; the second bud tends to be smaller and produces less mature leaves. it's normal, i've never noticed a health problem with the slower growing bud, it just happens with some plants 🤷‍♂️

saying this to tell you that it isn't stunted, it's just slower, and there isn't much you can do. it's gonna grow how it wants to
