My Chinese evergreen is blooming! Should I cut the blooms off to divert energy back to the leaves?

Up to you! Plants generally bloom when they're happy, so if it's blooming and you think it's pretty - let it. If you don't love the blooms cut them off.

Mine bloomed this winter. I left them on ☺️ There weren’t any new leaves while the flowers were developing, but it resumed popping out new leaves as soon as the flowers wilted

If you like to leave the flower on you can, but cutting it would help new leaves form faster
