I was watering my monstera and I noticed that one of the roots that were starting to go into the soil had something white and fuzzy on it. What is this?

    Could be mealy bugs?

    I can't really see if it's mealy bugs. Try wiping it off with alcohol. If it turns yellowish then it probably is.
