I recently repotted my monstera to have them grow in one direction but since then I noticed that the leaves have started drooping? Anything that I am doing wrong? Please guide me!!

It might just need more support and be a little stressed since the repot. Mine took a Few months to look normal again after a big repot

Get a support stake and clip the leaves up?

Yeah, even some Velcro plant tape and pull them closer to the moss pole

Yeah, I see you have a moss pole, but the leaves aren’t attached to it. Get the plant Velcro and tie them to that to help them out.

I agree with these other comments, I would add support. The other thing is when you repot a plant, it’s best to water it right after to help keep the plant from going into shock. Best of luck!
