I am hoping someone could help me troubleshoot the issue. I have been watering weekly. The plant is located close to a window, so should have sufficient light. The house stays between 68-72 degrees. Getting a lot of brown leaves. Thank you.

You need a humidifier! Or may be root bound… but I’m guessing humidity is what you’re missing

I will definitely check to see if it is rebound. I have not done this.

It looks like insufficient water from the dry leaf tips and the crispy look. This can be caused by 1) a pot/roots too small to feed sufficient water to the plant. I have tiny 2.5” and 3” pots with long vines that require watering every 3 days. They dry quickly if I miss a watering day. 2) I also suspect rootbound or the plant just needs more soil in a larger pot to hold more water. 3) Not enough water on watering day. I’m assuming you fully saturate the soil with water until it flows through the drain holes. So, this probably isn’t the issue. 4) Soil drying out too fast from too much drainage in soil from excess perlite/sand or other aggregates. Also, too dry air (low humidity, home heaters) can cause water to dry out too fast. I would like to see a picture of the full plant, pot and soil. I also recommend checking for a root bound issue and repot to the next size pot. 🍀🪴
