Hello! I used a fish fertilizer to fertilize my indoor plants and now my apartment reeks! Does anyone know how to get rid of this smell? Does it eventually go away? It’s so bad. 😣

    😂 Fish fertilizer works well. I stopped using it because the scent made my dogs want to dig the soil in my large pots to find the dead fish! I stopped using it on indoor plants. The smell goes away after a few days. Try flushing the plants with water several times to rinse out the fertilizer. Open windows and use fans to circulate fresh air if you don’t have an air purifier. Good luck.🍀🪴

      Agreed! My husbands nana watered with sour milk and water. The smell was so bad. 😩😮‍💨 man it took us a few days to flush it. With a house that has no air in the summer. The smell was 🤮🤮🤮. It did finally go away.

    Ugh! Fish fertilizer is so gross. My dog loves to lick the plants that get it. I find adding water to the fertilizer helps a bit. It doesn’t make my apartment reek when there’s water added

      Yeah I mis it with water as it’s liquid concentrate. I have all the windows open and airing it out!
