How can I get my lavender plant to produce more flowers? Thanks in advance!

    That type of lavender likes hot, sunny, and dry conditions, so give it as much light as you possibly can. Pruning helps encourage more flowers. If your winters are mild, then you can prune in fall. Otherwise, prune in spring after the last frost. You can also do a prune in summer as long as the plant has time to recover before winter. You can also trim intermittently to deadhead spent flowers. When cutting, make sure you are only cutting fresh growth, not the woody part. If you harvest the flowers for use, this type is better for soaps and scents and not really used in cooking
