Hi, does anyone know if this white stuff on this philodendron mayoi is normal? I just brought it home and some of the leaves are like this. How do I get rid of it?

    Not really sure but could it be excess minerals being pushed out?

      That was my thought. Or whatever residue from being water at the shop it was in…

    It definitely could be hard water deposits, excess minerals from the plant or salts minerals from fertilizing accumulated on the plant. Wipe off with a vinegar and water solution.
