what are some low-light plants that could survive in a basement bedroom with a big window that gets indirect sunlight?!:)

I have a tornado dracaena, snake plant, ZZ and a golden pothos in pretty low light areas and they do fine 😊 I try to make sure they aren’t near an AC vent, and I don’t water too often!

anything sold as “low light” like many of the plants Lindsey suggested actually thrive in bright light, but will maintain themselves in low light so a good tip is to buy them in the size you want them to be because they won’t grow much or at all without adequate light. golden pothos i’ve had thrive under office fluorescents full spectrum growlights are good too!

Yes, eatyacarbs makes a crucial point. If you’re getting plants to watch and enjoy the growth, then definitely pick up some full spectrum grow lights! My golden pothos is a tank. It grows like crazy wherever I stick it. But the other 3… not so much! My snake plant has been growing the same leaf for at least the last 2 years now lol. 🐌😂 But, they’re all green and healthy, and they fit pretty well where I have them (guest bedroom) so I’m ok with them not growing much and just functioning as decorative. They’ll eventually get promoted to a better spot. (when I inevitably *accidentally* kill something 😅)
