You could try propagating those other stalks (letting them callous over then putting them in water to grow roots) and/or annum a small pole to try and keep the main stem upright.

Dragon fruit cactus. It needs full sun or a grow light. The sections are thin when itโs searching for light. I recommend removing the thin sections and planting the thicker sections in the same pot.
