   This kind of looks like Philodendron ‘Fuzzy Petiole,’ often sold as nangaritense. If it’s still juvenile, the lack of obviously fuzzy petioles doesn’t necessarily rule it out. The characteristic fuzzy/textured petioles can become much more pronounced as the plant matures.
