It’s hard to tell from the pic, but most of the time succulents don’t do too well for one of two reasons: watering and lighting. It’s very easy to overwater succulents so I would try to let the soil dry up completely until the next watering. They already store enough water in their leaves, so they can go a long time without it. And succulents also need a lot of light. Preferably direct, but it is possible to maintain them in bright indirect light. Also make sure that the soil is well-draining, because you don’t want them to sit in moisture. Usually a mix of regular potting soil, some sand, and perlite does the trick.

Also, it looks like there’s water on the leaves? Succulents don’t like water on their leaves, it causes, or can cause, rot. They also might need more light… But again it’s hard to tell. In the winter, mine are directly in a sunny window on the south side of my house, and they thrive there. Don’t give up on yours!
