Hello👋 asking on behalf of my grandmother. She has this olive tree which she’s had for over 10 years. The plant continues to flower and seems in good health but she’s never had an olive. I’m wondering whether or not it’s the environment that isn’t allowing it to grow fruits?

Probably but i would Google why after 10 years it's not producing olives..

i would assume lack of pollination. you probably don't have the insects that would normally pollinate the olive flowers, no pollination = no fruit

You didn't mention what type of olive tree you have. To bear first fruit when grown from seeds can take 10 to 12 years to produce olives. Most olive trees reach their peak, full fruit production capacity at around 15 years.
