Hi! This is my snake plant (I’m pretty sure) and I was wondering if this skinny leaf was an issue? At first I thought it was just not fully grown in but now it’s pushing out a new leaf and I’m not sure?

Based on its growing patterns, I would say this is a Haworthia not a snake plant. I wouldn’t be too concerned about the thin leaf unless you notice other negative signs (browning, going soft, leaf drop, etc.).

This is a dracaena/sansevieria francisii, sometimes referred to as snake plant.

Like stated above, its nothing to worry about. They come out small at first then fan out with each new growth

I agree with Mara— definitely a snake plant, probably a dracaena francisii
