Is it/was it a flower?!! What should I do with it while repotting it?

    This is actually a pup or baby from the mother plant. It’s just white bc it hasn’t had a chance to develop chlorophyll. Sedum don’t have rhizomes

      Should I cut it off? Wait to repot after doing so?

      I would wait till it pops out of the soil and get about 1/3 the size of mom. Then I take the whole plant out of the soil and remove the pup with as much roots attached as possible. I think it gives it a better chance than doing it right away
