This is my golden pothos! I noticed in the past 2 days one of the leaves has begun turning yellow, I’m wondering what it could mean and what I should do. Any ideas?

JessYellowing leaves could mean several things honestly …. My golden pothos (and my njoy too) puts out 2 or 3 yellow leaves a month. I just wait until it’s more than 50% yellow then I cut it off. The rest of the plant is happy and healthy so I don’t worry about it

SummzYour plant looks healthy, so I would say as long as there isn’t anything else going on (watering issues-pests- etc), it’s a natural process. They shed their older leaves to make energy for new leaves. Pothos do this pretty regularly. Just wait a few more days and it will pop right off when gently tugged.

LgroenerI also feel like my pathos tends to get a few yellow leaves this time of year. No science behind it - just my gut.
