If you look at the plant it was doing reallyy well until the original pot broke

How recently did the original pot break causing you to have to repot it? If it was within the last couple weeks, your plant may just have transplant shock. As long as you’re continuing the care it was getting when it was thriving, it should bounce back. That being said, I would avoid pruning just yet. It could cause further shock.

Do you think the pot may be too big and I need to down size?

From what I can see, the pot size looks just fine.

Maybe just adjust the watering to less frequently, since it’s a deeper pot the soil won’t dry out as fast.

Thank you! I actually did downsize… I haven’t watered it in 2 weeks and soil was still soaking wet. Think it may have also been the mixture
