Is this edema on my summer glory philo? Seems to be only on one leaf and the droplets are crystal-like. Oh, and nothing is crawling around 🦟🕷️

It looks like edema. Also, some plants release sweet sap to attract insects like ants that ‘guard’ the plant from insects destructive to the plants. The sugary sap can crystallize.

Totally benign but it’s a good idea to wipe the leaves down with a damp cloth ~weekly to remove the sap/crystals. If left on there you can get discoloration of the leaves, which often looks like yellow or orange spots. Nectaries can also be a sign that the soil is a little more water-retentive than the plant would like, but you can disregard that if it’s in a well-draining/chunky mix
