This is supposed to be a begonia OTEKA, but Planta cannot ID it. Is anyone familiar with his plant? Also, what happens when you’ve asked Planta to add a plant that they don’t recognize? TIA!

    It's very pretty. I have had issues finding some of mine too. It looks like a Rex begonia type and they do have a selection you can choose that has a mix of types till you find the right one. I believe it's the 3rd one down under Rex begonia. Good luck

    I just find a plant thats similar or a few have "variety" or "mixed" and put in the actual plant name as the 'custom name'. I haven't gotten any emails or anything regarding the plants I suggest, so no clue how that actually works

    It’s a Rex begonia and there are so many hybrids it’s impossible to list them all.
