    I think that it will be fine except for the one piece that is broken. I would remove that one. Watch your watering. The piece you cut off you could start another plant or repot it in the same pot.

      monsteras cannot grow from leaves. they need a piece of node to grow roots and a new stem.

    is there and actual crack in the petiole? like fully broken? if so, it might be over for that leaf, but if not, as long as it doesn't start browning it should be totally fine tbh
