This leaf fell off my pepperomia, and I’m wondering if I can prop it? Can anyone tell me if it’s possible, and if so, how to do it? TIA!

I don't think so. Sorry.
1 LikeNo, there is no node. Your plant is a Peperomia Ginny and not a red margin. I love this plant because of the pretty colors.
1 LikeTXS for the update on the name of my plant! I did go back and try to find a GINNY peperomia, but the closest plant I could find that matched its coloring was called JELLIE or a jelly plant. Is this the correct name for my plant, or is Planta not up-to-date with the GINNY variety? BTW, I’ve put this plant under a grow light, and I’m noticing the red margins on the leaves becoming brighter, and the white on the edge of the leaves becoming more pronounced… much prettier with the light than without it! TIA!
1 LikeIn Planta it is Jellie. I have the same one. Mine loves the grow light too!! Get more vibrant colors.
1 LikeI only do stem cuttings for peperomia. It’s fast and easy. But leaf props, they will grow but take a lot longer. Also your leaf fell off for a reason so it may not be healthy enough to prop.
