I recently got a pink quill and I’ve been trying to determine if this is a pup or just a part of the main plant. If it is a pup, how do I go about removing it without damaging the plant? Thanks!

I’m not an expert, but it looks like a pup to me… I would try to pull it away from the main plant and prop it in some perlite/soil prop mix. 50/50 shot of it working - you may want to wait for someone qualified to answer. I’m more of a try it and see if it works person :)
0 Me gustaIt does look like a pup. I would just leave it. I hate to throw a tragedy if you didnt know this but most air plants bloom, pup, and die. Just leaving the pups, remove any dying back mother plant/blooms and allow the pups to grow as big as possible. When the mother starts to really green, then brown start removing the pups, they should be able to be wiggled off easily.
2 Me gustaI came here to say this 🥰
