I need desperate help! I bought this beauty in perfect shape and I feel like I’m killing her slowly. What do I need to do to help her? I have already repotted her, and put her in this corner thinning that would help. I’ve slowly been losing leaves as well.

What kind of plant is that? I love it. I’m guessing it has particular watering and light preference.

i have heard that fig leaves are just a major pain in the butt in general 😅, they are rarely ok

How long have you had her? It can take a couple weeks for them to recover from repotting or moving them

I hope you’re not using tap water cause that will kill them

I’m guessing distilled water or rain water!

Rain or distilled but I have found that the Zero water pitcher works great too

Fiddle Leaf figs like bright sun so a west or south facing window is preferable, and they really like to be left alone. I’d say only water it once it’s DRY, and using a moisture meter helps me know when mine need a good soak in the tub overnight. I only water mine if it’s on 2 or 1 at the bottom near the roots and the top of the pit. Also love her but leave her. Moving the plant can upset it even more

My big fiddle hated me, so I took her outside and planted her in a part sun, part shade spot and she took off like a weed! They’re so tough, good luck with your fiddle!
