Keep my plants alive

I accidentally snapped the top of my polka dotted begonia when repotting, I watered it the morning after when I realized the leaves turned upside down.. is it still alive? Will it still grow from this spot?😭

It might need actual light from the sun

It was night when I took these pictures, it gets plenty of sun during the day time!

Yes it should be ok and it will continue to grow. I cut mine often and start new starts and new branches start from where I cut off the last piece. This was cut about 2 weeks ago and there is already 2 new leaves starting

I cut this section about 6 weeks ago. Hope this helps.

Beautiful! Definitely helps :) I was nervous I killed it entirely lol. Since it broke off right at the node of the top leaf in the pic, should I take that leaf off or leave it? I threw the part that broke off into water to try and save it, hoping it starts to grow roots!

You can keep the leaf if you want. It may fall off on its own but it looks good so it maybe fine. As long as there is a node in the water it will root for you. Make sure no leaves are in the water though or it will rot. I have lost all the leaves off some of my begonias and they have grown new ones as well. This one is just coming back.
