How do I stop my plant’s leaves from getting stuck in a gap between the drainage pot and the other pot? The leaves end up growing really weird and bent because of it.

Maybe add something like a piece of fabric rolled up, around the edge there to fill the gap

I would put some pebbles or something underneath the nursery pot so that it sits up a little higher.

Thank you guys! Since I don’t have enough fabric or pebbles do you think tissues would work?

Cut up an old t shirt maybe…. Tissues will get soggy when you water

Take the plant out of the pot if the two together are damaging your plant. You will need to repot by the next growing season anyway. Move it out early. Stuffing paper or fabric will just get wet and potentially grow mold.

But it dosen’t look to be damaging the plant it just bends the leaves

I used a rock from my collection to lift the plant up and it’s doing better! Thanks everyone 😁
