   maybe start with removing the soil and bad leaves i’ve never had bugs in my plants and i don’t know what that is sorry

   those could be aphids! Mix 1:1 ratio of dish soap and water and spray it on your plant; should help :)

   Looks like mold from the soil being wet for too long. I had it on my plant and I removed the infected soil and replaced it with new soil.
