Welcome to life with plant babies!! Low light and easy plants to start with can be Golden pothos, ZZs, snake plants, cylinder plant, Janet Craig dracaena, Scindapus pictus exotica, ponytail palms to start. If your bedroom is super dark then i would buy some growlights. Get some soil and add perlite or pumice, also add worm castings, bark chips to make the soil chunky.
