I am new to this plant. should I repot? and any advice for this Plant would help please and thank you.

    Absolutely, yes. Do a repot at the beginning of spring! If you want it to absolutely thrive too, give it a moss pole to climb up! Just do some research on how to make your own moss pole for monsteras.

    Remove the pot and check the roots. It has probably weaved a basket considering the size of the plant. I would use a pot about 2 inches wider than the current pot. It will allow the roots to spread out without fear of upsizing too big which can lead to rot from too much standing water in the excess soil. You can always repot again in spring, the growing season, when plants really spread. One of the exposed roots looks like it’s rotting or it’s in a shadow. Cut it if it’s rot. Rinse with hydrogen peroxide to kill bacteria. Let the cut end dry out before planting in soil. 🍀🪴
