   Most likely humidity but they do look a little underwatered how much water does it get? Does your house have humidity?

     It usually gets partial sunlight but I recently put a grow light on it too

   Changes in lighting will cause the plant to adjust to the new conditions. If it gets too bright the leaves will droop forward to catch less light. I agree with leafygreenhouse though, this looks more like thirsty monstera drooping. As the plant grows, fills the pot with roots, and produces new growth, it’s going to gradually uptake the water sooner and sooner causing it to need water more often
