    Could be guttation if it's wet and not sticky! Its when a plant gets wet and can't sweat it out easily, so it creates a ball/patch of water

    Can you get a better picture of the white stuff? I know it can be hard sometimes but when you enlarge your picture the white stuff gets all blurry.

      It's actually clear it just shows white in the picture

    Idk what it is, but I've had it on some of mine before and just ignored it. As far as I know the plant was fine.
