Hmmm I’m not sure because my golden pothos roots like a ninja, and I only leave them one leaf. Do they have nodes on them? If not that would explain… good luck 🍀

Show the entire cuttings and containers showing how they sit in the vessel/glass. It may be too long and sending energy to the leaves and stem instead of the roots. Could be too dark and too cold as already mentioned by PlantyAnn. Cuttings and seedlings need warmth and bright indirect light to grow well. Additionally, change the water weekly, or sooner, if the water is green or cloudy. I usually add SuperThrive plant vitamins to help generate more roots.
