   10-12 hours. Depends how long I stay up and sleep in 😆

   I leave my on for about 10 hours each day. I have an alarm on my phone at 10AM which reminds me to turn them on. Then I just turn them off when I’m going to bed. The time can depend.

     Does it hurt to leave grow lights on longer? I know my lights have 8, 12 and 16 hour selections. Will it hurt my plants to leave grow lights on longer during winter time? TIA. 🤗💚🪴

   12-16hrs. Though I set up some new ones and moved some plants under them, so they are on 6-8 right now, while those plants harden off to the brighter light. And I'll sslowly increase the time

     I use the Govee plug ins with the app, so helpful! And they have temp/hygrometer that connects too.

   Pry usually 14 hours but it depends on when I go to bed and get up.

   14 hours and I have them on smart plugs so they come on automatically. This works well for me so I can get the ones in the living room to come on before I get up and still get a full 14 hours in before we like to watch movies in the evening.

   12 hours and they're all on timers. I have too many spread across the house to be turning them on and off myself every day. You can buy fairly inexpensive plug timers and they're a huge quality of life improvement. My fancier one is a digital power bar that even has daylight savings so you don't have to adjust it twice a year.

    My lights are on for 12 hours from spring to fall equinox and 8-10 hours from fall to spring equinox (depending on the timer settings on each light). Everything has timers because I like their lighting to be consistent and I am not that lol
