So I had under watered orchid and also it desperately needed to be repotted. So I repotted it and also I think overwatered and it lost all of its leaves. Can I save it?

It had dry rot. I don't think they are salvageable with no top growth. 😕

If the center stem has some green then you have a chance at saving it, but if it's just roots, it won't be able to make any leaves. It shows signs of rot in the bark and on the roots, so to keep it alive you'll need to trim off affected roots, treat with fungicide, and replace the bark. Make sure the healthy roots are exposed to light since they can photosynthesize while it has no leaves. If the stem is alive, your odds of saving it are low, but i always give my plants their best shot at recovery
