Yup! And manual removal. You'll need to keep on top of retreating cos they can keep reappearing, but if you're catching them early you should be fine. They dont tend to spread across plants too quickly I've found but still isolate that one and check your other plants. You'll nearly always find them on new growth if you're to find them anywhere! The white specks look like exoskeletons but its hard to tell from the photo. If you can get a clearer picture of the bugs and white specks that would help!
