Hey there. Today I repotted my Monstera adansonii, the roots was growing out of the nursery pot at the bottom and top as well as every week a leaf was turning yellow. I bought Kellogg organic potting mix because I know a lot of people don’t recommend MiracleGro and that was the only other option at the store. Should I have added something else to the soil besides the dirt? Also a leaf is already yellow should I leave it or take it out Thanks In Advance Everyone 🫶🏽

Definitely cut off the yellow leaf (or any yellow leaves for that matter!) I know these plants can be super finicky when repotting too! Also you should definitely add something in the soil to help with drainage - like perlite! You can get a pack to add to soil at Home Depot!

Awh of course! Just be careful when adding the perlite (wear a mask cause it gets super dusty 😅) Other than the one yellow leaf though, she looks great 😊
