Hi, all! Can I just chop these babies from this gasteria and start a new plant?

    Take it out the pot and try to separate them naturally, they should have their own roots but you may have to cut some of them apart. Repot the babies and yes they will grow into a new mother plant

      Ok, thank you! Im a new plant mama and so uncomfortable with doing chop n props! I want to give away some of these babies!

      When you repot the babies make sure their roots are clean any bad ones take away, dip the remaining roots in water and put into cactus/succulent soil and don’t water for a couple days to help prevent root rot
