I’m pretty sure the one on the right might be rotting , how dry is the soil?
0 Me gustaIf they are dry I would say it’s that they are too dry, hard to tell when I can’t be there hands on lol
1 me gustaI definitely agree that they are too dry. The pots do have a drainage hole. The soil was compacted and dry, so I poked at the soil to loosen it up, gave them some water, misted them and put them on a south facing window sill. I am going to let them chill for a bit and fingers crossed they are going to come back! ❤️🙏🏼🌵

Looks like an opuntia (prickly pear cactus)
2 Me gustaPrickly pear cactus will look like that during the winter it should start to plump back out at about March or april
1 me gustaI sure hope so!
0 Me gustaI've grown them in the past and they usually begin to fill out in the spring
1 me gustaThey are best grown outdoors
1 me gustaI had them outdoors in a pot. Would you suggest outdoors in the ground?
0 Me gustaYeah could grow them in the ground or a pot I've grown them both ways
