We live in Las Vegas where the humidity is extremely low 13%, do I need to adjust our watering routine?

You might. You can also set the Sites humidity to dry, but I'm not sure how much that effects the schedule. I haven't played with that feature too much.

      Thank you for the suggestion.

We live in Vegas too and Misting more often can help a lot, or get a humidifier or diffuser close to the plants that need it. We definitely had a few plants that just didn’t do well, which would have potentially done great in a plant cabinet with better humidity control.

Soil moisture and humidity are two entirely different needs of a plant. You can't generally make up for a lack of humidity by watering more often. Of course water will evaporate from the soil but that will not improve the humidity enough for plants that need moisture in the air.

You will have to either look for plants that suit the environment there in Las Vegas or create a more humid environment within your home. Not having lived in that climate I do not know how easy or difficult that would be.

I would increase upwards of 30% if it gets any lower than 11%, love from canada

You may have to water more but I would suggest a humidifier or put your plants on some water filled pebble trays. Also - some tropical plants are really going to test your patience (I’m looking at you calathea). Good luck!!!
