HeatherNeem oil spray and/or DE (diatomaceous earth) powder should take care of most garden pests in a people/pet friendly way (even organically way if your neem oil is certified). I use neem oil for the bugs and DE powder for the slugs/snails). Not sure which one you are dealing with but it definitely is a pest if some sort.

Sorry for the late reply, there these little green worms almost like inch worms and each day they triple in amounts but there very tiny

Definitely want to treat them quickly. DE powder will kill the worms while neem oil spray will disrupt the lifecycle of eggs in the soil.
