Hi friends! Could anyone help me with this plant? It needs some major TLC and I’m clueless!
What I would do: - Cut stem down so only 2” left - hopefully so branches grow from those stems. - Plant the top parts with foliage in the soil with about 2” of stem covered in the soil so they can grow new roots. - Propagate any extra leaves o grow new plants. Could also try to propagate straight from stems, but may not work. But that’s an aggressive move. But I think it would give the plant a whole new fresh start, and hopefully it will look fuller in the end.

1 LikeThat succulent needs a LOT more light and drier conditions. If that were my plant I would cut the stems down to an inch and a half above the soil, cut the tops off and replant them and propagate the leaves in between. Make sure the soil is draining properly and get a small grow light if you don’t have a sunny enough window.
