Do you guys think I should put this baby in soil or leave it in water?

what kind of plant is it? it’s all up to personal choice besides what the plant prefers. if you’re going to transition to soil i’d recommend planting it in a semi-hydro set up with perlite or leca and letting it acclimate to some level of drought before planting in soil

It’s a Philodendron McColley’s Finale. Thanks for the advice. I’ll definitely consider it!
0 likesLoving the water and seems it does too. 🥰 I had a plant in water for THE LONGEST time. When I decided to put it into soil it quickly started to go downhill. I took it out of soil and cleaned it all up. Now she’s doing great again. 🤷🏽♀️ lol it was a Pothos.

water! it looks so nice! would you have to cut the cork to place in soil?
1 likeLooks like the cork is already cut. 🤷🏽♀️

The cork is already cut to make it easier to remove so I can change the water out weekly.
0 likesAs long as the water is getting some fertiliser it’ll do find in the water, I would maybe cut the cork a little bit as it looks a bit tight around the stems
1 likeI say if it’s not broke don’t fix it. It looks great!
2 likesLooks like it’s doing well in water 🤷🏼♀️ as long as you are fertilizing no need unless it’s what you prefer. If you do definitely put in a chunky mix and water a bit more frequently than usual at first since it’s got all water roots
