My plant had been doing great until a couple of weeks ago. Leave tips are starting to dry and turning brown. Any suggestions!

How do I get rid of them?

The most common way would be to dab a q-tip in rubbing alcohol and remove them by hand. Afterwards spray the plant down with neem. If you have insecticidal soap it’s easier on the plant so you can soak a paper towel in it and wipe down the leaves which is faster since you have a lot. They are a type of scale so spraying the plant down with water won’t be as effective. Also you’re going to have to monitor the plant for a month since there will be eggs you won’t get which will turn into more mealies. If you have more plants quarantine this one so they don’t spread and check your other plants anyway. Also after spraying neem make sure your plant doesn’t get any direct sun, it’s an oil and will burn the leaves.
