Has anyone used a grow light before? Does it actually work / is it good for your plants? Any information or feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I have them all over my house opening up formerly dark areas to successful plant growth. They definitely work

I would say yes, grow lights work, because my plant leaves follow it as they would the sun. Sometimes too well lol my Brasil keeps spitting out very bright leaves. Takes a little bit of trial and error with how close the plants need to be to them, but very helpful if you don’t have the giant bright windows.

Hey everyone! Talking about grow lights, what is best between a yellow standard grow light vs a UV blue/red one?

Different wavelengths of light benefit plants in different ways. Blue light stimulates chlorophyll production (making more green) and red light is good for seeding and blooming. The yellow light is closer to a full spectrum light source. Personally I prefer the yellow ones because it covers the largest range of visible light wavelengths and doesn’t drive me insane to look at, but for the most part, it’s not going to change things that drastically.
