What should I do with this? The leaves just keep dropping, the way it’s growing is terrible and just looks flimsy. Is there anyway to propagate and start over basically?

This mostly looks to me like a symptom of not enough light. It’s leggy with yellow veins which can indicate low chlorophyll. Get that baby under a strong grow lamp! I wouldn’t give up yet.

I agree, more light! South window if you can or grow light! If you want to chop and prop that would be an option as well but I wouldn’t do that just yet

Mine did the same until I moved them from the east facing window to under a grow light. Now they are getting between 400 to 1000 foot candles of light and have gotten a lot stronger. The leaves have stopped drooping.
