Plant warrior

Trying to find each of my plants happy places and can’t figure out my pitcher plant. It lost its pitchers and I can’t seem to get it to grow more. Have had it in a few different locations and it just isn’t living its best life. I’m looking for any hints on how to make, my picture plant happy

    Mine preferred a dedicated grow light and inside a cloche or a mini greenhouse for high humidity.

    It is winter. They go dormant during winter, I do this by placing them in a cool spot like my garage or basement and in like April I get them out and they grow new leaves back
