So this fiddle leaf died recently. All the leaves fell off and this was left. It died very shortly after repotting and fresh soil. I almost trashed the whole thing but I looked today and there’s a new something at the bottom. What should I do??

I agree I’d leave it! It’s a tough guy and seems to have a fighting spirit! I’d also wait to trim anything back in case more leaves start to pop up on the existing branches. If they seem truly dead then I’d trim:)

My 2 other fiddle leaf figs are thriving though! I’ve had them for over a year now and they are 3-5 ft each:)

I use “crazy keiki cloning paste” on nodes/growth points on plants and have had success encouraging new leaf growth
