Dave_opuntiafaceThe answer is 🤷🏻‍♂️ but I wouldn’t give up, yet. It looks a bit overwatered, which could be - if I’m seeing right from the photo - too much straight-up dirt in the pot. You need a better draining soil. That is my arm-chair diagnosis. I would take the plant out and look at the roots to make sure they aren’t mush. If they’re wet, leave it out of the pot for a day so they can dry. It seems completely bizarre and feels unnerving to leave a plant on a plate overnight lol. These guys look like goldfish who flopped out behind the tank.
