I just noticed these odd brown bumps along the stems of my goldfish plant. Can anyone tell me what they are/how to get rid of them?

I’m not positive but I think it might be scale! I don’t have much experience with it though!

This looks like scale. You can use isopropyl alcohol to kill and remove them.

Thanks for your help! Do I spray the plant with it?

I use a q-tip and isopropyl alcohol to spot treat the large adults. They grab on tight so you have to kind of pop them off. Unfortunately this looks like a larger infestation, I would treat the entire plant with a diluted alcohol spray as well

They keep their babies underneath. You have to weekly repeat the applications to get rid of all the descendants. Treat nearby plants, pots and the area around this plant. 🍀🪴
